Gimbal UI License Information

• The Gimbal UI application is provided without license as a demo application with limited performance and/or features and can be downloaded on the Download Center page.
• A single license is included in the TASE Developer’s Kit.
• With purchase of a software license, User Name, and Key Number from Cloud Cap Technology, the Gimbal UI software will operate as a full featured application.
• Advanced feature plug-in performance may require separate license agreements and costs.
• The Gimbal UI software is licensed on a per-seat basis. Use of the same User Name and Key number for multiple seats, or distribution of the software license User Name and Key Number to any other individual or organization is expressly prohibited without procuring a seat license User Name and Key Number(s) for the new the new operator/owner seats.
